This course will be jointly taught by experienced prenatal teacher trainers Jo Arganaraz and Sasha Quince. Course offered to 200hr+ qualified yoga teachers (and experienced childbirth educators, doulas, midwives etc. with a strong yoga practice and understanding).
Laura will take you on a journey to still your mind and reconnect with your inner guidance and intuition as she guides you to practicing poses that correspond to each chakra to release these blocks and clear the path to higher consciousness.

This 50hr Teacher Training draws on the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the application of Yin practice. You'll discover in your training how the meridians or energetic channels that run in your body have a direct influence over your emotions.You'll learn different techniques such as Qi Gong and sound healing to find tranquility in the body and mind.
