Private Appointments: We hold a firm 24-hour cancellation policy for all private & duet appointments. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice to avoid penalty.

Pre-paid Classes: Pre-paid classes (including Swing Yoga, Antigravity® classes, and Reformer Pilates) must be canceled within 12 hours of the class start time to avoid penalty and your account being charged. 

If you do not cancel within these time frames or do not show up for your class or appointment, you will be responsible for the payment of the session or have a session deducted from your account. If you’ve added yourself to a class waitlist and a spot becomes available with more than 12 hours notice before the class start time, you will automatically be added to the class and notified by email. You have the option of cancelling that class reservation with more than 12 hours notice without penalty.

Please monitor your email or call us at 02.621.000 to see if you’ve been added to a waitlist class. Also, please make sure you have a current email address on file with us to ensure that you are signed up to receive class & appointment notification emails. If a spot becomes available within 12 hours of the class start time, we’ll notify you of the availability and you can decide if you would like to take the space in class. Please note that if a class is currently fully reserved, you are still welcome to come to the studio to check for last minute availability.


10 Minute Policy : We kindly ask that you please arrive Early or On Time for your booked class, as we do not accept anyone into a class in session more than 10 minutes post scheduled time. This will be strictly observed for your benefit, as the first 10 minutes of any class is the time to warm up and prepare the body for the practice, ensuring no strains or injury occur throughout the class; as well as, respect to the instructor and other clients within the class. 

Instructors’ class and private availability schedules are subject to change.

All sales are final and we cannot offer refunds. Please check the expiration dates of our classes and appointments before purchasing. All 5-class packages expire in 3 months from date of purchase and all 10-class packages expire in 6 months from date of purchase. 

Kindly turn cell phones to the ‘silent’ position during all sessions and classes at The Studio.

For safety reasons, please do not bring unsupervised children to the studio.

At The Studio we recently incorporated a community water dispenser into our space, as a more Eco friendly alternative to plastic bottled water.  We kindly encourage you to Bring Your Own Bottles, and fill them up as often as you wish!

While we do have mats available for you to use for your practice, we encourage you to bring your own mat as well, as a way of creating your own space, within the community practice. If you would like to purchase an Eco friendly mats from The Studio, we have a variety of colours to select from.
